проблемы. Выранивание деревянного пола, одна из быстро решаемых задач,
т.к. не требует длительных технологических процессов. Материал при
выравнивании деревянного пола, в своем большинстве остается прежний,
исключения составляют гнилые и очень не ровные доски и лаги.
Единственным, приобретенным, для выранивания этого пола, материалом,
была фанера, толщиной 20мм.
Ниже Вы видите комнату 20м2. Существующее финишное покрытие - штучный
дубовый паркет пришедший в функциональную и эстетическую непригодность.
Приступаем к демонтажу паркета и первого черного пола. Паркет здесь
прибит к необрезной доске, которая , в свою очередь, прибита к еще
одному слою необрезной доски, лежащему на лагах, т.е. если разобрать
весь пирог то снизу вверх видим: 1 - лаги; 2 - необрезная доска,
прибитая поперек лаг; 3 - необрезная доска, прибитая поперек необрезной
доски; 4 - паркет
Разбираем нижний слой черного пола.
Что бы выровнять лаги, доски облокачиваем на стену.
Ориентируемся на существующий пол в корридоре. Финишное покрытие
нашего пола будет паркетная доска. толщиной 14мм. Для того что бы
рассчитать высоту выравниваемых лаг - разберем будущий "пирог" пола
сверху вниз: 1 - паркетная доска - 14мм; 2 - подложка под паркетную
доску - 2мм; 3 - фанера - 20мм; 4 - необрезная доска 22мм. Итого
14+2+20+22=58мм т.е. лаги следует выставлять на 58мм ниже существующего
пола в корридоре.
На данный момент лаги ниже на 80 и более мм.
Отмечаем на стенах, на произвольной высоте горизонтальный уровень,
это можно сделать либо гидроуровнем или лазерным уровнем.
Отмечаем на противоположных длинных стенах (имеется ввиду если
помещение прямоугольное) горизонтальную линию. Отступаем от угла 50 см и
вкручиваем в нарисованную черту саморез, с другой стороны так же
отступаем 50 см и вкручиваем саморез, по центру стены вкручиваем в черту
саморез и еще по одному саморезу между уже вкрученных. У нас получается
5 саморезов, вкрученных в горизонтальную черту на равном расстоянии
между друг другом. На противоположной стене по той же схеме вкручиваем
саморезы. Привязываем к саморезам веревку или резинку и натягиваем
поперек комнаты (если используется веревка надо обязательно исключить
провисание).
Далее берем любую рейку, профиль, ... (мы использовали алюминевое
правило) и отмечаем расстояние от натянутой веревки до требуемой высоты
лаг, на сколько скрупулезно отнесетесь к этой задаче настолько ровным
будет Ваш будущий пол. Ниже на снимке показано правило, поставленное на
лагу, вследствии чего видим что лага ниже и насколько ниже.
Начинаем выравнивание лаг путем подкладывания фанеры (в данном случае
мы использовали фанеру 2мм и 4 мм).
Так выравниваем все лаги ориентируясь на натянутые шнуры и рейку.
Лаги выровнены, раскладываем и крепим к ним саморезами доски. Доски
крепим с учетом того что бы края фанеры, уложенной на них, лежали на
центре доски, тем самым исключая провисание фанеры.
На снимке видно, что доска толще остальных, в этом случае не
получится ровной поверхности, поэтому поступаем следующим образом:
в районе лаг на доске делаем по два пропила на глубину разницы,
При помощи топора и молотка выбираем лишнюю древесину и прикручиваем
доску на место.
Доски выровнены, стелим фанеру. Края фанеры должны встречаться на
центре доски.
Между фанерой оставляем зазор 2-3мм, между фанерой и стеной 5-10мм.
Таким образом перепады влажности ни как не отразятся на качестве пола.
